Consultation
Weight Medication Assessment: an online questionnaire, then a Canadian-licensed doctor or nurse practitioner decides on treatment, which Maple says may include needle-free options. It does not name the medicines, and the assessment price is not shown on the page. Available in Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Quebec, Saskatchewan and Yukon.
Membership
Maple's membership costs CAD 85 a month for you, your spouse and dependants under 18 and includes 24/7 primary care; medication costs are not included. Pay-per-visit and weight program prices were not published on the pages we checked.
Delivery
If medication is prescribed, Maple offers free, discreet delivery; medication charges apply. Prescriptions can also be sent to your own pharmacy.
