How it works
Consultation
Pharmacy only: fills E-Rezepte and private prescriptions. Its online-doctor page routes to TeleClinic video consultations, a separate service, where a doctor decides whether to prescribe.
Delivery
Free delivery when you redeem a prescription; otherwise free from EUR 22.90, else EUR 3.99. E-Rezept orders placed Monday to Friday before 16:00 are advertised for next-day delivery.
