How it works
Consultation
From 1 August 2026, GP video consultations cost S$25 on weekdays 8am to 7:59pm, S$35 on weekday evenings (8pm to 11:59pm) and on weekends and public holidays from 8am to 11:59pm, and S$40 overnight (midnight to 7:59am), excluding GST, medicine and delivery. WhiteCoat says it holds a medical clinic licence and that all its doctors are registered with the Singapore Medical Council; consultations must be by live two-way video under the Healthcare Services Act. Its chronic disease management service covers diabetes with medication refills.
Delivery
Medicines delivered islandwide, from as quickly as 90 minutes after the consultation, around the clock.
