How it works
Consultation
Online consultation reviewed by the clinical team; BMI and ID checks may be required. The FAQ says prices include the consultation, the private prescription and the treatment. New patients can use code START40 for £40 off their first weight loss consultation (from £59.99, terms apply). The prescribing service is provided by Expert Health Limited, registered with the CQC (rated Good). Home-delivery prescriptions are dispensed by Pharmacy2U Limited; the footer shows GPhC 9011437 (LloydsDirect, Perivale), and the regulation page also lists premises 9010146 (Leeds) and 9011308 (Bardon), all owned by Pharmacy2U Ltd and all confirmed on the GPhC register. We found no option to submit a prescription from your own doctor.

Delivery
Free standard delivery (5-7 working days after approval) or next-day delivery for £5.95 on orders approved before 5pm Monday-Friday (the FAQ page lists £4.95). Free ParcelShop collection in 2-3 working days, or next-day ParcelShop collection for £2.95. Treatments are sent in discreet, plain packaging.
