Second Nature
Second Nature is a behaviour-change weight-loss programme (app, coaching and clinical reviews) that bundles GLP-1 medication into a monthly subscription. Foundayo is prescribed by Second Nature's CQC-registered clinical team, and all medication is dispensed by its partner pharmacy Blueco Healthcare in Preston (GPhC 9013068). It offers the Wegovy pill and Foundayo alongside Wegovy and Mounjaro injections, and does not offer Rybelsus.

How it works
Consultation
Online health quiz and clinical review by a prescriber; monthly clinical reviews are included in the plan price. Foundayo is prescribed by Second Nature's own clinical team (Second Nature Healthy Habits Ltd, CQC provider 1-17925469931); for other medication programmes Blueco Healthcare Limited may carry out the assessment and prescribing under its own CQC registration (1-19176166626). All medication is dispensed and delivered by partner pharmacy Blueco Healthcare, Preston (GPhC 9013068, owner Blueco Healthcare Limited; the GPhC register lists the premises under the name Onescript). We found no statement on accepting prescriptions from other prescribers.
Membership
No separate membership fee: the monthly price covers the medication and the 12-month Second Nature programme (app, nutritionist or health coach support, weekly check-ins, monthly clinical reviews, peer community and a new-starter kit). Billed every 4 weeks. The monthly plan can be cancelled at any time; 6 and 12-month commitment plans cost less per month, and leaving early means repaying the discount already received, capped at £100. A limited-time £50 first-month discount was shown on 22 September 2026.
Delivery
Medication is dispensed and delivered each month by Blueco Healthcare; the site says everything is included in the monthly price and no separate delivery charge is shown.
