How it works
Consultation
Online questionnaire reviewed by a UK doctor; the product pages say prices include the treatment, online consultation and aftercare, and you are not charged if treatment is not suitable. The online doctor service is registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC). Medicines are dispensed by Zava Pharmacy (Health Bridge Limited, Milton Keynes), GPhC 9012701. We found no option to send in a prescription from your own doctor for these products.
Membership
No subscription required; bundles of 2 to 3 months are offered at a discount.
Delivery
Free tracked next-day delivery (Monday to Friday) for weight-loss orders placed by 6pm, in unbranded packaging; Saturday delivery £3.99. Post Office collection is not offered for weight-loss treatments. Orders are dispatched after doctor approval, usually within 24 hours.
