How it works
Consultation
Costco Pharmacy does not prescribe. Costco members can book $29 virtual visits with Sesame, whose clinicians are independent; Sesame's weight-loss programme costs $99 a month (from $59 a month on a 12-month plan) plus medicine.
Membership
The Member Value Pricing below requires a Costco membership; the pharmacy itself does not charge a monthly fee.
Delivery
Warehouse pickup, mail delivery (usually 5-7 days after shipping; shipping charged extra) or same-day delivery via Instacart in some areas. Tablets can be mailed; refrigerated pens cannot.
