Noom Med adds GLP-1 prescribing to Noom's behaviour-change programme. For branded medicines it sends self-pay prescriptions to NovoCare Pharmacy or LillyDirect, where you pay the manufacturer's price, or to your own pharmacy if you use insurance. Noom also sells compounded plans, which are outside the scope of this site.

Consultation
Clinician review is part of the Noom Med programme; no separate consultation fee is shown.
Membership
"$39 to get started, then $129/month" or "$69 to get started, then $99/month". Medication is not included.
Delivery
Self-pay prescriptions are shipped by NovoCare Pharmacy (Wegovy pill) or LillyDirect (Foundayo); insured prescriptions go to your local or online pharmacy. Up to a 4-week supply at a time.
