Medication is bought separately at the pharmacy of your choice. Sesame is Costco's virtual care partner and a LillyDirect telehealth partner.

How it works
Consultation
Visits are included in the Success by Sesame membership. Costco members can also book single $29 virtual visits. Sesame does not bill health insurance for visits; your prescription can still be run through insurance at the pharmacy.
Membership
$99 a month month-to-month; cheaper on longer plans (as low as $59 a month on an annual plan). Costco members get 10% off. Medication is paid separately at the pharmacy.
Delivery
Prescription sent to your preferred pharmacy (including Costco Pharmacy) for pickup, or for home delivery.
